We are really sorry you’re having this problem!

Unfortunately we've discovered a fault with a small percentage of Suzy's USB power cables - they become loose over time. And Suzy's cable has an unusually long header so using an alternative Micro USB cable from another device is not an option. The good news is we can send you a replacement cable completely free of charge. Please email help@bleepbleeps.com with your address and we'll get one out to you asap.
